The world knows how typhoon Ondoy flooded Marikina in September 2009. Almost a year after, the city looks like it has fully recovered from the heartbreaking catastrophe. Revisiting the place 11 months after the typhoon, who would have thought we would find a lot of interesting corners we never knew existed before. Acting as my tour guide and an instant model, Mai Cembrano introduced me and my husband to worth-visiting nooks in Marikina City.
